Over the Phone

For security purposes, you'll need to know your current PIN for this procedure.

1. Call 1-800-851-4859
2. Enter your 16 digit card number, then press #
3. Enter your current PIN, then press #
4. Enter 67, then press #
5. Enter your current PIN again, then press #
6. Enter your new PIN, then press # (You will be prompted for this twice)
7. Enter 1# to confirm
You will receive confirmation from the system of a successful PIN change

In Person

Visit any of our branches with your card and we will customize your PIN right away.

At any Deer Valley ATM

For security purposes, you'll need to know your current PIN for this procedure.

1. Insert your Check or ATM card
2. Select either English or Español
3. Enter current PIN
4. Choose Next Selection option
5. Choose Change PIN/Password option
6. Enter your newly selected 4-digit PIN, press OK
7. Re-enter your newly selected 4-digit PIN, press OK
You will receive a confirmation receipt
