DVCU Visa Card Travel Warning


For the protection of our members, we regularly monitor credit and debit card activity for unusual transactions. Domestic and international transactions made outside of your resident state may trigger a temporary restriction on your card if we are unaware you are traveling.

To prevent a possible interruption in credit or debit card access, please call 602.375.7300 or 800.579.5051 to have a member services representative add a travel notation on your account.

In addition to the above general safety precaution, DVCU has blocked our credit and check cards in certain regions due to an extremely high level of fraudulent activity. Please be prepared and carry an alternate payment method when traveling in these areas.
