DVCU has blocked our credit and check cards in certain regions due to an extremely high level of fraudulent activity. Please be prepared and carry an alternate payment method when traveling in these areas.

  • Platinum Credit Card and Check Card Bins: Sudan, Burma, Iran, Cuba and Italy (Signature)

  • Platinum Credit Card and Check Card Bins: Hong Kong and Romania (Both signature & PIN)

  • ATM Card Bin: Hong Kong & Romania (PIN)
